After breakfast, you’ll depart Nairobi for the Great Rift Valley, heading to Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake surrounded by picturesque landscapes. Check into Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge, which sits on the lake’s shores amidst acacia trees and wildlife. In the afternoon, enjoy a boat ride on the lake, where you may encounter hippos, flamingos, and other bird species. Today, after a hot breakfast, you’ll travel to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. After checking into Mara Sarova Camp or Maisha Mara, you will embark on your first game drive across the vast savannahs of the Mara. Keep an eye out for the Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino – and if you’re visiting between July and October, witness the spectacular Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River.

Enjoy a full day in the Masai Mara with both morning and afternoon game drives. Explore different parts of the reserve, where you will see diverse wildlife including cheetahs, giraffes, and hippos. A picnic lunch by the Mara River can be arranged for you to enjoy while watching the wildlife. In the evening, return to your luxurious camp and relax under the African stars while enjoying a delicious dinner.

After breakfast, bid farewell to the Mara as you cross the border into Tanzania and enter the iconic Serengeti National Park. Arrive at Serengeti Serena Lodge in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, head out for a game drive to explore the endless plains of the Serengeti, renowned for its large lion population and the annual migration. Spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Visit the Seronera area for a chance to see predators like lions and leopards, as well as herbivores such as zebras and gazelles. In the afternoon, venture further into the park for more wildlife sightings. You may also opt for an unforgettable hot air balloon safari at sunrise, followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush.

Today, journey from the Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to the world’s largest unbroken volcanic caldera. Arrive at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, perched on the rim of the crater with breathtaking views. After lunch, descend into the crater for a game drive.
